The Yateley Society's Charitable Objects

The Society is a registered with the Civic Trust and is a charity (Registered charity number 282397) with its constitution approved by the Charity Commissioners. As a local amenity society our constitution clearly sets out our basic aims:

• "To provide information to the public on the history, natural history, architecture and geography of Yateley,

• to promote the preservation, protection and enhancement of features of historic or public interest,

• to encourage high standards of planning and architecture, and

• to secure the enhancement of the biological diversity of the ecosystems, the conservation of the natural and semi-natural habitats, and the protection of the characteristic fauna and flora within the area of benefit"
